Heena designed this amazing lehenga for my cocktail, which if I may so myself, made me feel like a Mughal princess
I’m Arushi and I work as a Senior Content Creator with Times Internet. My work entails writing and copy editing all sorts of lifestyle articles.
I absolutely love writing, so maybe I’m one of the few lucky people who don’t mind going to work (of course I look forward to weekends like any other professional). But what I also love is sitting in pretty quaint cafes or in the comfort of my bed with a cup of coffee and doing my writing work. So really, that’s how I’m coping with the current COVID-19 scenario. I spend most of my day working, and then me and my husband (it’s been 3 months since we got married and all this while we’ve been in quarantine haha) watch a movie or some TV show on Netflix/Amazon. We also love making sandwiches together!
I start my day with exercise though. I love working out and look forward to it every morning. It clears my head and helps me start my day on a healthy and peaceful note.
I’d say I have some sort of connection with clothes… I think of colours, fabrics and designs… even writing about them is something I really enjoy. So, when I had to shop for my wedding outfits, I knew they had to have some elements of Arushi. Heena designed this amazing lehenga for my cocktail, which if I may so myself, made me feel like a Mughal princess. I liked the colours on two different outfits in her store during my visit and wanted their combination on a single outfit. And she did exactly that with this stunner lehenga!
